Western Europe Sales Division Manager

This position is based in Italy or Spain.

We also expect from our Sales team to keep themselfes constantly updated and informed about market news.

The role: Western Europe Sales Division Manager

You'll be developing and managing a net of Resident Sales Manager around Europe, organize our present in specialyzed fairs, keep high lever relationship with our main customer and with the central board. You'll use your analytical skills to develop and close new business, grow existing business, and support your team with research, market analysis and other collateral. Above all, you'll be responsible for hitting your revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the European Sales team.
Cooperate with the Marketing Division for market analisys and projections of sales turnover and profitability
Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and selling opportunities.
Provide campaign updates and ensure that our customer are satisfied with our Waterproofing solutions.
Manage your team as a natural leader, motivate them to reach the expected target (both financial and customer satisfaction)

Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent with top-class academics preferred.
Natual Leader skills
Proven track record in leading a modern sales team in business to business envrionment
Strong knowledge of the waterproofing industry is required
Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to deliver results under pressure.
Computer skills adecuate to the requiremens above.
Fluent in English, plus another european language at chice: Italian, Spanish, French or German.
