Products - Hyperstop Series

Hyperstop is a complete line of concrete sealing products made by a special compound of flexible butyl rubber and high performance modified Bentonite. The swelling action is the result between water and hydrophilic groups which are part of the Hyperstop molecular structure. Expansion of the waterstop creates a positive seal against the face of the concrete joint and prevents the water entry into the structure through the protected joint.
Advantage
Bentonite based hydrophilic compound have unmatched durability
and high water sealing capacity. Low odor, self-adhesive properties, and easy installation lowers construction costs. Unaffected by repeated wet and dry cycles. No site welding as is required for traditional PVC waterstops. No need for special intersections. Safe and easy to handle. Can be joined to traditional PVC waterstop. No compaction or displacement problems. Non toxic and non hazardous. No need for split forming.
Use
Hyperstop products line are used primarily for seal foundation walls (slabs, slabs-on-grade, precast wall panels, manholes, pipe connections, etc...), for seal formork critic points (as passing-trough objets), or the internal hole of formworks support tube (Hyperstop Tubefiller)
Application
Hyperstops products are easy to install. Just follow the instructions of the technical data sheet (see below).
Safety
The product is 100% ecological, safe and non toxic. The Bentonite can absorb water and moisture, so to avoid arid skin effects is strongly suggest to use gloves handling the product.
