Notes and other details: The project was near other existing buildings and to the sea. The ground water (not salty) reach 1.5mt from the fundation quota. Watershield ME has been used both for the basement slab and the walls. To ensure maximum protection to the GCL, it has been "sandwitched" between 2 layers of concrete. Ideal condition.
